Hi, my name is lina...

I am an accredited Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a USA based and world’s largest health coaching organization. I am also a Certified Gluten-Free Practitioner, and CA Licensed Esthetician and an expert in Skin Care.

I am passionate about all the pillars that create a healthy lifestyle, my goal is help my clients make small but sustainable changes for long term well-being. I can also help my clients address their skin condition with right food choices leading to reduced medication and even reversal of the conditions.

Through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I have learnt innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

This comprehensive education entwined with my well-travelled multi culture practical experience has equipped me with extensive, innovative knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Eliciting on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. My goal is for you to develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

You will feel inspired and motivated after each coaching session, we will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I am here to guide you to make simple, small changes to transform your life.

How my
coaching works

Our 5 Step Working relationship

1. Before our meeting, you will complete the ongoing pre-meeting form and return it to me no later than 24 hours before our scheduled appointment.

2. To prepare for our meeting, you will decide on what area you’d like to focus. If you are unsure, then I will assist you to determine where my coaching can be the most effective.

3. You must obligate to take the time to do the work necessary for you to grow. Coaching is not a “done for you” relationship. You must commit to do the work, or you will not achieve any satisfactory results.

4. If, at the time of our meeting, you are unprepared, we will reschedule to give you time to complete the work necessary to move forward.

​5. Each month, we will prepare and review the monthly review form, so that we can both know you are benefiting from our relationship. If at any time one of us feels you are not benefiting, we will agree to end our relationship.

Individual Health Coaching (Setting Expectations)

Zen

Individual Health Coaching sessions are designed to:

  • Help us gain an understanding of your existing food and lifestyle habits;

  • Allow us to identify what healthy lifestyle pillars are in place and works for you and what needs to be changed,

  • Implement specific individual solutions, build new pillars to help you achieve your goals. These include nutrition choices that you can make without starving or resorting to fad diets; and address lifestyle factors (stress, sleep patterns, exercise habits) that underpin your food choices;

  • Review our progress on the customized individual solutions and provide regular support to ‘maintain our “Pillars of Health Lifestyle”.

Weekly - 1 hour individual Coaching Session 

Monthly - 4 (1 hour) individual Coaching Session

Coaching prices will be adjusted to your specific requirements based on your health and needs.

family coaching

Simple solutions that can help the family live healthy and active lives, as your health coach I can make a real difference by helping all the family in the areas of lifestyle, exercise, and nutrition.

As a Certified Health Coach, I can help families learn how easy it is to live healthy. You will also learn other simple changes that will help you have more energy and feel great.
